How to gain weight

Worried about being size zero???


Even though skinny people are envied by many, only they know how irritating it gets after sometime when every single person is talking about that. Though people mean it as a compliment but gradually skinny people do become conscious about it

Its been some time that people around me also have been worried about being too skinny and trying to gain weight.

The thing is that our body works on a simple fact - If you are eating more than you are burning( by the way of physical activities ) your body will automatically gain weight .

Easier said than done.

I know u must be saying that " i eat as much as i can ".

But still that is not enough.

Maybe these points will help.

1. Eat almonds with an apple in the morning. Professional wrestlers ,Boxers etc do this to gain body mass.

2. Eat potatoes. Not raw , in other words eat foods with high carbohydrates .

3. Drink milk as much as u can .

4 Do some heavy weight training exercises. I know it sounds ridiculous to suggest exercising to gain weight, but the fact is that when u exercise it induces higher rate of metabolism . This creates hunger and whatever u eat ,the body tends to accumulate it.

5. Binge on something u like to it whatever it may be - chocolates, cakes, chicken etc.

Go make yourself fat now.
